Affiliate Policy

The Galinia Affiliate Program (“Program”) lets approved partners earn recurring commission by referring new paying subscribers to the Galinia app. Attribution is handled through unique discount codes issued to each affiliate.

All referred users must sign up through the Galinia landing page and apply their affiliate code at the time of signup in order for the referral to be attributed.

The Program operates as follows:

• You apply to join the Program. Acceptance is at Galinia’s sole discretion.
• If accepted, you receive a unique discount code tied to your account.
• You share that code with your audience. Users must sign up via the Galinia landing page (not directly through the App Store or Google Play) and enter your code at signup.
• Users who apply your code receive 20% off their first two months of a paid subscription.
• You earn commission on every month that referred user remains on a paid plan (see Section 3).
• Commissions are tracked by Galinia using Stripe subscription reports. Because tracking is code-based, referrals who sign up without entering your code cannot be attributed to you.

To be considered for the Program you must:

• Be 18 or older.
• Have an established audience that aligns with Galinia’s values and community — we look for creators and voices in wellness, mindfulness, mental health, personal growth, or adjacent spaces.
• Create content that is authentic, positive, and consistent with the tone and ethos of the Galinia brand.
• Have a valid Stripe Connect, PayPal, or Wise account to receive payouts.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.
• Not reside in a sanctioned region.

Acceptance into the Program is at Galinia’s sole discretion. Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee approval.

Affiliates must not:

• Make medical, therapeutic, or clinical claims about Galinia.
• Misrepresent features, pricing, or the nature of the discount.
• Use spam, bots, purchased lists, or unsolicited messaging.
• Impersonate Galinia or suggest official affiliation beyond being an affiliate.
• Bid on Galinia brand keywords in paid search.
• Use fake personas, fabricated reviews, or paid testimonials presented as genuine.
• Promote on prohibited, adult, hateful, or harmful channels.
• Use your own affiliate code to subscribe (self-referral).
• Share or transfer your code to another person or organisation.

Affiliates may use Galinia’s name and approved assets solely to identify themselves as an affiliate and to truthfully promote the app. You must not modify the Galinia logo, create derivative marks, or use branding in a way that suggests you are an official representative of Galinia. All use of Galinia branding is subject to our approval and may be revoked at any time.

Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice to affiliates@galinia.app. Galinia may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for any breach of this policy, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to Galinia or its users.

On termination: your code will be deactivated, no new referrals will be attributed, and commission on existing referred users will cease. Any accrued commissions meeting the minimum threshold at the time of termination will be paid out in the next regular payment cycle. Commissions below the threshold are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Program is provided “as is.” Galinia makes no guarantees regarding earnings, user retention, or continued availability of the Program. Our total liability to you in connection with the Program is capped at commissions paid to you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galinia and Eunoia Labs Pty Ltd from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your promotion activities, including any misleading, unlawful, or non-compliant content you publish.

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates by email with at least 14 days’ notice before taking effect. Your continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your participation before the effective date.
