It explains how we use cookies and similar technologies—such as SDKs, pixels, local storage, and device identifiers—on our Services, why we use them, and how you can control them. Local storage & session storage store data directly in your browser.

Pixels / beacons are small code snippets or images that record events such as a page view.

SDKs & device identifiers (in mobile apps) function similarly to cookies for app analytics and personalisation.

Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by others), and either session (deleted when you close your browser/app) or persistent (remain until they expire or you delete them).

Session technologies last until you close your browser or app. Persistent technologies typically last from 1 day up to 24 months. We may refresh the duration upon repeated visits if permitted by law.

Where SDK or analytics partners process data in other countries, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions vary by browser — check your browser’s help section.
• Mobile settings: you can limit ad tracking or reset your device’s advertising ID via iOS (“Allow Apps to Request to Track”) or Android Ads settings.
• Email pixels: disable image loading in your email client to prevent pixel tracking.
• Contact us: email legal@galinia.app to request that specific data collected via cookies be deleted.

Our mobile app may use SDKs that collect in-app events (e.g., session length, screens viewed) and device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/AAID). You can control personalised tracking by adjusting OS-level settings on iOS or Android.

Uninstalling the app removes persistent app storage; however, previously collected event data may persist per the SDK provider’s retention rules, subject to your rights.
